CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Entrant:
If you are cancelling your registration to attend a Moto Roll Racing event and are applying for a refund, you need to:
If it is more than 5 working days from event date:
You may receive a refund, less a $25 fee. You can cancel your registration in your Moto Roll Racing online profile, or by emailing Admin@MotoRollRacing.com.au.
If it is less than 5 days to the event:
and you can supply a medical certificate, you may receive a refund, less a $25 fee by emailing Admin@MotoRollRacing.com.au with your request and medical certificate attached. If you can not provide a medical certificate, no refund will be granted.
If your motorcycle has an issue and can no longer be ridden safely, a 50% refund may be granted. Email your circumstances to Admin@MotoRollRacing.com.au to review.
Cancellation of Event:
If Moto Roll Racing is forced to cancel due to wet weather, all entries will be automatically transferred to the replacement date, and all ticket holders advised via email of this new date. If you are unable to attend the replacement date, you are entitled to a refund in full, less credit card fees.
Spectators:
Spectator tickets are non-refundable, unless the event has been cancelled prior to gates opening. In this case, tickets will be automatically transferred to the replacement date, and all ticket holders advised via email of this new date. If you are unable to attend the replacement date, you are entitled to a refund in full, less credit card fees.
Non Attendance:
If a registered attendee fails to attend an event for which they had registered, the event registration fees will not be refunded or allocated to another Moto Roll Racing event.
